The objective of the proposed collaboration is to develop and implement a methodology for the automatic generation of menus for users based on their clinical characteristics. This development is integrated into the TransplanteDIETA tool, a web application designed to provide nutritional support for individuals with chronic kidney disease.
The proposed system offer specific functionalities, namely:
• Data system design: Definition of the structure for the detailed nutritional database and the menu database, including key fields.
• Development of the AI and Optimization module: This phase involve the creation of the specific module that generates personalized menus using Artificial Intelligence and Optimization techniques.
The application is developed in collaboration with Hospital Clínico San Carlos in Madrid.
